Most retreat activities take place at the Airbnb. One lunch out is optional and on your own. One planned dinner will be at Sovereignty Ranch, an all-organic restaurant about 45 minutes away. Each woman is responsible for her own dinner and transportation for that outing.

The retreat is casual. Bring clothes you can relax, learn, cook, and move in. Wear comfortable walking shoes for the Natural Grocers tour.
For Sovereignty Ranch, casual restaurant attire is perfect—nothing formal is needed. No need to buy anything special—come comfortable and come as you are.
Each day will be restful, practical, and unhurried. The exact schedule may vary, but the retreat will follow a gentle rhythm that makes room for learning, nourishing meals, movement, conversation, and rest.

What is the cost?
$699 per attendee, including lodging and most meals. Full payment is due upon acceptance.

One lunch out is optional and at your own expense. The planned Sovereignty Ranch dinner is also at your own expense.
What are the room arrangements?

Rooms may be individual or shared, depending on availability. Bathrooms are shared
Is massage available?
Yes. Optional massage sessions are available for an additional $100, subject to scheduling availability.

Is this a Christian retreat?
This is not a formal Christian retreat. The emphasis is practical wellness education, though Teri’s personal faith may naturally be reflected in the tone and encouragement shared.

How do I reserve my place?
Complete the registration form and speak with Teri. Once accepted, you will receive a private payment link. Your place is reserved when the full $699 payment is received.

Is transportation provided?
No. Each woman is responsible for transportation to/from the Airbnb and for the Grocery Store Tour and Sovereignty Ranch dinner outing.
